I got this favorite recipe from a fundraiser cookbook "COOKIN' FROM SCRATCH" By Betty Teegarden and Friends
- Mix meat mixture and mold into a dish.
- Mix topping and pour over meat mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
This is a good meatloaf recipe, but I had to tweak it a little. I used torn pieces of bread in place of the cracker crumbs, I added some diced onion, and I omitted the cup of water for the topping. The meatloaf had a good flavor and texture. Made for Bargain Basement Tag Game - December 2010.
