  • Mix meat mixture and mold into a dish.
  • Mix topping and pour over meat mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

  1. This is a good meatloaf recipe, but I had to tweak it a little. I used torn pieces of bread in place of the cracker crumbs, I added some diced onion, and I omitted the cup of water for the topping. The meatloaf had a good flavor and texture. Made for Bargain Basement Tag Game - December 2010.

I have 20 or 30 of them, and have favorite recipes in all. My favorite type of cookbook has to be the fund raising cookbooks, with personal recipes. My passion is easy, to eliminate puppy mills. Control needless animal breeding, making sure you animal companion is spayed or neutered. Pet peeves. Easy, people who thoughtlessly take in an animal and neglect them.
