Watch out McGriddle. This waffle breakfast sandwich is easy to make, kids and adults love them alike, and taste great with or without syrup. Enjoy!
- 2 waffles
- 1 egg, scrambled
- 1 slice cheese
- 2 slices ham (any lunch meat will do)
- butter syrup (optional)
- Scramble egg and spoon onto waffles covering all groves. Bake on a well greased pan for 8 to 10 min at 375. Till eggs are cooked and waffles are lightly browned. Build your sandwich with cheese and ham. Drizzle warm syrup on top if desired.
