- 4 ice cubes (Coffee ice cubes are a great choice)
- 236.59 ml coffee, chilled
- 59.14 ml Kahlua
- 7.08 g hazelnut-flavored liqueur (optional)
- 59.14 ml cream
- 14.79 ml brown sugar
- 78.78 ml pecans, toasted and cooled
- 1.23 ml jalapeno (Yes, I said jalapeno! For more seismic activity add more.)
directions
- Fill 2 tall glasses with ice.
- Blend all ingredients together till frothy.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy.

Wow what a winner Rita. I think that this is my new favourite iced coffee recipe. Perfect just perfect. I loved the way that all the different flavours blended together to create a very special coffee. I didn't have any jalapenos left so I used a half a small habanero. It was wonderful, I loved the spicy hot heat that it provided to the drink. Thanks so much for sharing.
