ingredients

• 1 tablespoon italian seasoning (I use tuscan sunset seasoning from Penzeys)
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1⁄3 cup olive oil
• 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 -2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

directions

1. Cover seasoning with water and let sit for few minutes. Add oil and vinegar and whisk to combine. add mustard and honey and whisk to blend.
