Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup vietnamese hot sauce (Nuoc Cham)
  • 1 12 lbs papayas (peeled, seeded, and finely shredded)
  • 10 medium shrimp
  • 2 chili peppers (Chopped)
  • 1 medium carrot (Finely shredded)
  • 12 cup chopped cilantro (or mint)


  1. Prepare the Nuoc Cham.
  2. Boil the shrimp in hot water for 3-4 minutes. Shell, devein, and slice in half. Set aside.
  3. In a salad bowl, combine the shredded papaya, shredded carrot, shrimps, cilantro (or mint), chopped chili pepper, Nuoc Cham, and mix well.
  4. Serve.
