  1. Cut this down for just DH and I and he really enjoyed this on chicken. This is soooo easy to make and could be used of course on a lot of things. Thank you! Made for New Kids on the Block Tag game.

  2. Thank you for the fantastic recipe: you saved lunch! I was going to "simply" pour some bottled BBQ sauce over last night's roast for lunch sandwiches but found the pantry bare. I had everything on hand for your great recipe, with the exception of red wine vinegar. I used (real) red wine white vinegar :) My 10 yo asked me to never used bottled sauce again. Really, really great. It's pretty thin, and therefore, messy! We enjoyed it a lot. Next time I'm going to cut the sugar back a tiny bit. Thanks again. Recommend!

  3. Very tasty! I was just about to load ribs into my pressure cooker when I looked in the pantry and realized I was out of bottled BBQ sauce. It would have taken me longer to go to the store and buy some, and why bother? I had all the ingredients on hand to whip this up! I did cut the sugar down to 1 cup as we tend to like more tangy than sweet BBQ sauce. And I added more hot sauce too. So a few changes, but your recipe saved my day! Smells wonderful in my house now. Thanks!

  4. Good but super sweet and thin. Added extra spices - onion and garlic powder, cumin, oregano, extra hot sauce And some potato starch to thicken it up. I added what was on the bottle of my organic sauce that I ran out of (hehe) and it was good! A good go to when out of bbq sauce in a pinch.
