  • 12 12 g jello strawberry-banana flavor sugar free low calorie gelatin
  • ice cube
  • 12 cup cold water
  • 1 cup pureed strawberry
  • 34 cup thawed cool whip sugar free whipped topping

  • Boil 3/4 cup water.
  • Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  • Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1 1/4 cups.
  • Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
  • Remove any unmelted ice.
  • Refrigerate 10 minutes or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites.).
  • Add pureed strawberries; stir.
  • Pour evenly into 6 dessert dishes.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  • Garnish with cool whip.
