The secret to this recipe is to cut vegetables into tiny pieces.
- 1 cup kidney bean
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 1 cup green pepper
- 1 cup red onion
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup Catalina dressing (or to taste)
- 12 ounces Fritos corn chips
- Mix everything separately in bowls and add together at last minute.
- Do not add corn chips until just before serving or they will get to soggy.
