My boss is on Jenny Craig and got this recipe from one of their handouts. I like this sauteed or just easy and yummy way to eat more veggies!

  1. Saute vegetables in olive oil over medium-high heat until tender.
  2. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over vegetables.
  3. Enjoy!
