  1. Lightly roast and grind the flax seeds;.
  2. Rinse all vegetables;.
  3. Peel and chop the carrots, apple, mango and banana.
  4. Mix all ingredients and blend in the food processor. Serve it immediately.
  5. Serving 6 Persons.
  6. P.S. Roasting the flax seeds not required. But make sure that the flax seeds are crisp dry.
