This is my version of African-Spiced Broccoli-And-Cauliflower Salad - it is very yummy and you'd never know it is a vegan dish.

Directions

  1. Steam broccoli and cauliflower in microwave until crisp tender (I prefer my veggies on the soft side and usually cook them for 5 minutes).
  2. Combine all dressing ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. Place salad ingredients and dressing in large bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Enjoy!
