  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Spray vegetable oil over baking sheet.
  3. Put cornmeal, basil, and thyme on a plate and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, lemon pepper, and blackening seasoning on each side of each fillet.
  5. Coat fillet thoroughly with cormeal mixture and place on baking sheet.
  6. Dust each fillet with paprika.
  7. Coat fillet lightly with cooking spray.
  8. Bake 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 5 minutes more.
