- 10 Hostess Twinkies
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen non-dairy topping, thawed
- 1 (16 ounce) container chocolate frosting
directions
- Cut Twinkies in half lengthwise; arrange half of them cut side up in an 8x8 baking dish.
- Combine pudding mix and milk and stir according to the package instructions. Fold in the whipped topping and nuts (if using). Arrange remaining Twinkies cut side down over the pudding.
- Remove the lid and foil seal from the frosting container and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir well, then drizzle over the Twinkies. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until firm.
