  • 24 Hostess Twinkies, cut in thirds
  • 14 ounces condensed milk
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.
  • Place cut twinkies in large bowl.
  • In a small bowl blend condensed milk, beaten egss, cinnamon and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour over twinkies.
  • Stir gently.
  • Let sit 5 minutes.
  • Spoon twinkie mixture into prepared pan.
  • Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.

  1. I read this recipe and decided it was something I would like to try. I didn't really check the amount of the ingredients and bought only one box of twinkies. So we halfed it. Wonderful! My husband and I love bread pudding and this was great. Daughter made it and loves it. Thank you for a wonderful desert recipe.
