This is a pasta salad I created as I have an intolerance to preservatives and cannot use jars of pasta sauce etc. My family enjoys it - hope you do too!

Directions

  1. Cook pasta to packet directions.
  2. Sauté onion, garlic, celery, and zucchini.
  3. Grill bacon and dice.
  4. Add to onion mixture.
  5. Add tin of tomatoes and tomato paste.
  6. Add tuna.
  7. Add enough stock to make consistency to your liking.
  8. Add herbs (and another clove of fresh garlic if you like it like that!).
  9. Mix in pasta or pour over prepared pasta.
  10. Serve with fresh breadstick and or nice side salad!
