I changed the pasta to fusilli, used coriander instead of parsley, and this was delicious! With a simple salad on the side it was a wonderful lunch!

Directions

  1. Cook 200 gr (bowtie) pasta al dente in salted water.
  2. Chop 2 garlic cloves into very small pieces.
  3. Pour the oil of the tuna can into a big pan, and add the chopped garlic add the crumbled toasted breadcrumbs fry a bit.
  4. Now add the pasta.
  5. Crumble the tuna and add it, add the capers or the parsley.
  6. Fry well.
