    Ingredients:

    Servings:

    Units: US | Metric

    • 6 ounces tuna fish
    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    • 2/3 cup milk
    • 1 cup crushed potato chips

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Drain tuna and heat for about 1 minute in medium size pot.
    2. 2
      Stir milk and soup together.
    3. 3
      Add to tuna.
    4. 4
      Heat until well mixed.
    5. 5
      Add chips; stir well and heat thoroughly.

      I found this very easy to make and can lead to many different meals using your imagination. Add some of your favorite veggies or different meat to create a new dish. I was in a hurry so I served this over rice with mixed veggies on the side and the kids loved it. I'll be keeping this recipe around for those hectic days! Made for *Twelve days of Christmas recipe swap 2008* game from the *Aus NZ Cooking Forum* This was a *pressie* recipe

      This is good! It's like a base for Tuna Noodle Casserole. I had mine over noodles. It's very versatile. I did add a little bit more milk to it. This would be good with chicken as well. Thanks for sharing your recipe Jim. Made for PAC Spring '08.
