    A great quick casserole that's real tasty and serves well over rice (my favorite), bread, noodles, etc. Also great for storing and reheating in the microwave - mix the rice throughout and add some water for best reheating results.

      Blend in Bisquick and salt.

      Cook and stir until thick.

      Don't let the name fool you. This is really good and versitile. I followed the recipe but added my favourite, garlic, and some chopped tomato. Served it over noodles, served with a salad and called it dinner. This "junk" was good! Glad you posted it Bruce.

      This was very good! I followed the recipe as directed but I did add garlic,pepper and chili powder. This was very easy so I will be eating this often! Thanks!

      Tried this tonite and it was great and its alot better than sticking it in the oven! Will try over noodles next time. Thanks for the recipe!
