- 2 cups mesclun
- 1⁄2 cup roasted red pepper, sliced (jarred)
- 1⁄2 cup artichoke heart (jarred)
- 1⁄2 avocado, sliced
- 1 (3 ounce) can albacore tuna, drained and flaked
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard dressing (Simple Honey Mustard Salad Dressing or use Newman's Own Lighten Up Honey Mustard Dressing)
