This recipe comes from the 2007 cookbook, More Smoothies for Life, & it makes a drink that helps support the immune system.
- 2 mangoes, peeled & pitted
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup mango nectar (or guava or coconut nectar)
- 1 cup pineapple chunk
- Put all the ingredients in a blender & puree until smooth!
- Pour into 2 tall glasses & ENJOY!

This is absolutely delightful, and probably my favorite combination of fruits! I used the mango nectar, and was in tropical heaven. Thanks for posting this. Made for Newest Zaar Tag Game.
Yummy smoothie! You get a hint of flavor from each of the fruits. I used frozen mango chunks and then used a regular unfrozen banana. I used the guava nectar option. Very tasty. Thank you for the recipe.
