This is a family favourite and I used to love this when I was a young'in. My nan used to make this for me all the time. I find that the brand of jelly 'Golden Circle' works the best.
- 85 g lemon jelly crystals (or Jello)
- 1⁄2 cup boiling water
- 1 cup lemonade
- 450 g fruit salad
- Heat the jelly and water in saucepan to dissolve the jelly.
- Cool a little. Drain the fruit salad and then add fruit salad and stir, gently stir in the lemonade.
- Set in refrigerator. Serve with cream.
