A light, flavorful Italian dressing perfect for summer!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 18 cup lemon juice
  • 18 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 12 cup oil (preferably a light vegetable oil)
  • 1 (2/3 ounce) envelope Italian salad dressing mix (i.e. Good Seasons)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Directions

  1. Pour the lemon and pineapple juices into a container (like a dressing cruet) and add the green onions.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Add the water, oil and dressing mix, and shake again.
  4. That's all!
