- 1 ripe papaya, finely diced
- 1⁄2 cup finely diced ripe mango
- 1⁄3 cup finely chopped white onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1⁄2 - 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno chile
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

- Stir all ingredients together.
