- 1 white cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄3 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Line and Grease the bottom of a 13x9 pan.
- Beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs in a large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Pierce cake with a fork.
- Mix 1 cup cream, milk, sweetened condensed milk and teaspoon os vanilla in a large bowl.
- Pour whipping cream mixture evenly over the cake.
- Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or until absorbed.
- Beat 1 cup whipping cream and teaspoon of vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer.
- Frost the cake with the whip cream.
