  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 34 cup uncooked white rice (I like Basmati)
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (12 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained

directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix rice, soup, vegetables and 1 cup water together in a 2 qt baking dish.
  • Place chicken breasts on top of mixture and sprinkle with seasoning salt & paprika.
  • COVER with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Comes out perfect every time!
