The original cheeseless version
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3⁄4 cup uncooked white rice (I like Basmati)
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (12 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix rice, soup, vegetables and 1 cup water together in a 2 qt baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts on top of mixture and sprinkle with seasoning salt & paprika.
- COVER with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Comes out perfect every time!
