  1. Combine in salad bowl, grape tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil leaves, sun-dried tomatoes and kalamata olives.
  2. Prepare dressing in a separate bowl.
  3. Whisk together oil, pepper, sugar & salt.
  4. Drizzle the vinegar into the mixture and whisk again.
  5. Add the dressing to the salad.
  6. Toss salad then serve.
