This is a good change from the same old chicken cutlets or chicken parm. I used the four-cheese sauce from Classico. I made Garlic Basil Bow Ties # 41599 as a side dish.
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into wide strips
- 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 jar four-cheese tomato sauce
