  1. Firstly, saute the onion & garlic & then add the tinned tomatoes & red peppers.
  2. Bring to the simmer & add the stock. Bring to the boil & then gently simmer for 5 mins, before blending into a smooth soup. Season, add a swirl of cream before serving.
