Delicious and slightly spicy, this thick creamy soup is a great meal for a chilly day!
- 2 (10 1/4 ounce) cans tomato soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 1⁄2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- Put all ingredients into a pan, and heat slowly, stirring until all of the sour cream is incorporated and the cheese begins to melt. Do not boil.
