- 6 natural casing all beef hot dogs
- 6 slices thick cut bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Frank's red hot sauce
- 6 new england style split top buns

- heat cast iron pan and add bacon. remove bacon when crisp and add butter and franks red hot sauce to bacon fat. add hot dogs and cook approx 6-8 minutes until crisp and brown on the outside. steam buns while dogs cook. add chopped onion, cheese, or other toppings of your choice. enjoy!
