Here's a good way to use up a skunked beer! Obviously using different types of beer will give these slightly different flavors.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 cups Bisquick
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) can beer, at room temperature

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into well-greased muffin tins. Fill only half full.
  2. Let rest 20 minutes, then bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Not bad little biscuits. A little dry for us. The batter did not pour as stated. It was rather thick. Don't know if cutting the recipe in half had anything to do with it. But very easy to make. I used a mild beer for this and you really couldn't taste it. Thanks for sharing Made for PAC Fall 08
