I've never tried these, but the picture of them looked yummy.

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Mix marmalade and butter; spread in 8x8x2" baking pan.
  3. Stir baking mix and water to a soft dough.
  4. Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured cloth-covered board.
  5. Knead 5 times.
  6. Roll into 8" square; place on marmalade-butter mixture in pan.
  7. Pat dough evenly into corners; cut into 36 squares.
  8. Bake 15-20 min.
  9. Invert pan on serving plate.
  10. Biscuits will break off into small bite-size pieces.
  11. Serve warm.
  12. 3 dozen biscuits.
