- Make a foil packet (needs to be pretty sturdy). Slice the potaoes in medium to thin slices, sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Slice onions & put on top of potatoes. Use stick butter & cut slices of butter to cover the potatoes fairly well.
- Wrap foil up, punch fork holes on top. Place on grill and cook for about 20-30 minutes (we usually put this on first and prepare other food while its cooking).
- These are so good!
- During the winter, you may do the same as above except line them in a baking dish and cook for 30 minutes or so on 350.

I am a stay at home mom of 3 girls ages 16,14, and 12...My 16 year old has acted like she was 30 since she was 2, and strongwilled as well...so life is never dull around here.
I love surfing the web and taking care of my children. If I had a month off I would take my kids to as many vacation spots as I could and enjoy our time together.
Since my children are younger, I could use kid friendly recipes and delicious casserole dishes that I can make for me when I have to cater to their favorite foods.
Recipezaar has inspired me to be interested in cooking and sharing recipes! Thanks
