The Very Best Pecan Pie Ever!

"Taken from my Aunt Valorie, who used to sell her pecan pies!"

• Ingredients: 8
• Yields: 1 pie

ingredients

• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 cup sugar
• 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
• 1⁄2 cup light Karo syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs, beaten well
• 1 (9 inch) pie crusts

directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients except pecans, well.
3. Mix in pecans.
4. Pour batter into shell.
5. Place in oven and turn temperature down to 325.
6. Bake 50-60 minutes.
