"A quick mug cake for one."

• Ingredients: 8
• Yields: 1 mug cake
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 1 tablespoon coconut flour
• 2 tablespoons cacao, powder
• 3 tablespoons palm sugar
• 2 teaspoons chia seeds
• 1 pinch cinnamon
• 3 tablespoons non-dairy milk substitute
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

directions

1. Pour dry ingredients in a mug. Whisk in the wet ingredients.
2. Spray mug with coconut oil.
3. Microwave for 3 minutes.
4. Use an oven mitt to remove from microwave.
5. Flip over onto a plate OR each directly from the mug.
6. Top with Nia Syrup!
