  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 12 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
