- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 1⁄2 cups progresso Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 3⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup warm water
directions
- Mix all together until smooth.
- Roll into balls.
- place on baking tray lined with aluminum foil 2 inches apart.
- Bake in 375F oven for 30-40 minutes.
