- 226.79 g sour cream
- 226.79 g plain fat-free yogurt
- 59.14 ml of fresh mint
- 59.14 ml peanuts, finely chopped
- 59.14 ml peanut butter
- 14.79 ml honey
- 14.79 ml soy sauce
- 4.92 ml crushed red pepper flakes
- peeled baby carrots, for dipping
directions
- In a medium bowl combine spinach, sour cream, and yogurt.
- Stir in mint, peanuts, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper.
- cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
