Meat Mixture
- 255.14 g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 29.58 ml fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 4.92 ml fresh lemongrass, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, chopped

Broth
- 29.58 ml Thai fish sauce
- 9.85 ml sesame oil (dark)
- 946.36 ml reduced-sodium beef broth or 946.36 ml dashida and water
- 14.79 ml reduced sodium soy sauce or 14.79 ml Braggs liquid aminos
- 29.58 ml brown sugar or 29.58 ml a teaspoon barely coated in molasses

- 1 head green cabbage, julienned
- 2 bunch green onions, chopped
- 29.58 ml fresh lime juice
- 59.14 ml cilantro leaf, chopped
directions
- Cook burger until dry with onion, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, carrots and jalapenos.
- Then add broth ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Add cabbage and green onions to the pot. Reduce heat to medium and cook until veggies are soft.
- Stop heat, stir in lime juice and cilantro.

<p>I am slowly cutting out grains, legumes, potatoes, sugar and peas. I don't use flour to brown stuff and use glucomannan as a thickening agent. If these other things are in a recipe I don't add them.</p>
