"A great friend of mine gave me this recipe and it is a big hit with my family. I usually add 2-3 Jalapenos chopped up and more garlic as my family loves garlic. Enjoy!"

• Ingredients: 12
• Yields: 4-6 cups
• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 3 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed & drained
• 2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with jalapenos
• 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans white corn, drained (or 1 bag frozen)
• 1 red pepper, diced
• 1 yellow pepper, diced
• 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 bunch green onion, chopped
• 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
• cumin
• chili powder
• salt

directions

1. Mix all together, chill and serve with chips. Tastes even better when the spices work all together.
