ingredients
- 3 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed & drained
- 2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with jalapenos
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans white corn, drained (or 1 bag frozen)
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
- cumin
- chili powder
- salt
directions
- Mix all together, chill and serve with chips. Tastes even better when the spices work all together.
