I can't remember where I got this recipe, but I'm sure glad I found it. I don't much like cranberry sauce, but fixed this way it is delicious. I made it for Christmas dinner, and we ate it bit by bit all week, finishing it off with our New Years dinner.


  1. Mix and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  2. If any liquid accumulates, just mix it back in before serving.
  3. Note.can sizes are not written in stone. My cranberries were 19oz, my mandarins 10oz, because those were the sizes available in my grocery store.
