I can't remember where I got this recipe, but I'm sure glad I found it. I don't much like cranberry sauce, but fixed this way it is delicious. I made it for Christmas dinner, and we ate it bit by bit all week, finishing it off with our New Years dinner.

- Mix and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- If any liquid accumulates, just mix it back in before serving.
- Note.can sizes are not written in stone. My cranberries were 19oz, my mandarins 10oz, because those were the sizes available in my grocery store.
