The whole family loved these, even though they thought they wouldn't (because there was no meat!). These are some of my favorite veggies though, and boy did they mesh well together! We ate them with some chinese-style chicken corn soup, and everyone loved them! Thanks for this simple and tasty recipe, Jelisa!
