  • Combine crumbs, parmesean, oregano, garlic, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle each thin-sliced breast with cheese; roll-secure with tooth picks.
  • Melt remaining butter; roll chicken in butter and then dip in bread crumb mixture to cover. Lay in sprayed glass baking dish, drizzle prepared chicken with extra melted butter.
  • Refridgerate for four hours.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
