This is a quick and easy short rib recipe. The ribs are already cooked so you are only flavoring the ribs and they are lip smacking good.

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 34 lb cooked beef short rib, cut into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons plum sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce


  1. Heat skillet over medium heat and add oil.
  2. Saute garlic.
  3. Add ribs and stir fry until heated through.
  4. Add plum sauce and oyster sauce.
  5. Stir well and serve.
