From Gooseberry Patch's Slow Cooker Recipes
- 2 1⁄2 lbs frozen chicken breasts
- 1 1⁄2 ounces spaghetti sauce mix
- 14 1⁄2 ounces diced tomatoes
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- cooked penne pasta
- grated parmesan cheese
- Arrange frozen chicken in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle with sauce mix; add tomatoes and tomato sauce.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours. Serve over penne pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
