Tamarind Juice (For Cooking)

This is used in some of the recipes I have already posted.


  1. Soak Tamarind in warm water for 1/2 hour - 1 hour to soften.
  2. Strain through seive and press down with a spoon to extract all the juice.
  3. Discard dregs and use the juice as required in recipe.
  4. keeps in the fridge for up to a week.
