  • Whisk 3 eggs, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, water, cinnamon.
  • In a pan add 1 tablespoon oil until the pan is coated with oil.
  • Pour 1/2 of the egg mixture and spread it. Use chopstick to pat on the egg to prevent air bubbles.
  • If the sides of the eggs are bubbling that means it done roll it with a spatula.
  • Repeat until the egg mixture is done cut it 1 inch and serve with mayonnaise or other things you want.
