- 3⁄4 lb ground beef
- 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 (8 ounce) packages crescent rolls
- shredded lettuce
- sour cream
directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cook ground beef until meat is no longer pink. Remove from heat and drain.
- In a bowl, combine meat, taco seasoning, cheese, and water.
- Unroll crescent rolls, seperate into triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on a 13 inch round baking stone, with wide ends overlapping in the center and points towards the outside.
- Scoop meat mixture evenly onto widestend of each triangle.
- Bring outside points of the triangle down over filling and tuck under wide ends of the dough at center. (fillinf will not be completely covered.).
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with lettuce, sour cream, and what ever else you like on your tacos!
