  • 34 lb ground beef
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages crescent rolls
  • shredded lettuce
  • sour cream

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cook ground beef until meat is no longer pink. Remove from heat and drain.
  • In a bowl, combine meat, taco seasoning, cheese, and water.
  • Unroll crescent rolls, seperate into triangles. Arrange triangles in a circle on a 13 inch round baking stone, with wide ends overlapping in the center and points towards the outside.
  • Scoop meat mixture evenly onto widestend of each triangle.
  • Bring outside points of the triangle down over filling and tuck under wide ends of the dough at center. (fillinf will not be completely covered.).
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Garnish with lettuce, sour cream, and what ever else you like on your tacos!
