I love the bite these have. Really a nice addition to the snack tray when you have been low carbing it for a while. We enjoy these on top of a low carb cracker spread with cream cheese. Greatly improves the taste of the cracker, lol. Great in a gift basket as well.
- 1 (12 ounce) jarsliced jalapeno peppers
- 3⁄4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- Pour the peppers, juice and all in a bowl.
- Stir in Splenda.
- Pack back into jar.
