directions

  • Brown hamburger in a frying pan until well crumbled. Rinse under hot water, to remove any excess grease, in a colander. Return to frying pan.
  • While it is frying, add all other ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for about 5 minutes or until sugar is melted and boiling, stirring occasionally.
  • Add to rinsed hamburger and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 30 - 45 minutes until all of the liquid is gone and the hamburger has turned dark brown and is crystallized.
  • Serve over rice.

  3. This was very easy to fix and had a good taste. Like the other reviewer, I would add some veggies to it. Also, I think it would be good with a little bit of ginger in the sauce.

  4. This was great! Easy and delicious! I served it over jasmine rice. Soooo good!

  5. The only thing missing is some veggies. Next time I'll add some green peppers and carrots with maybe a little more sauce. Overall this was a great dish and with the added veggies it would be a 5 star dish.
